The CAN-AM X3-17-SW-D subwoofer enclosure is designed to fit a wide range of CAN-AM models for maximum compatibility. The sub enclosure consists of an industry first, high output 12-inch subwoofer in a sealed Slim Line Enclosure Design (S.L.E.D.) that mounts under the driver’s seat. The enclosure is down firing with an integrated 300-watt shallow mount subwoofer and will not interfere with any of the vehicles high/low position seat adjustability for both factory and aftermarket seats. Installation is made easy with our One Tool Installation System (O.T.I.S.) which reduces the install time and complexity eliminating the need for multiple tools or vehicle modification. High density Neoprene foam has been applied to all contact points to eliminate panel rattles and an anti-vibration kit with installation tool is provided in the package.

FULLY ASSEMBLED DESIGN

Some assembly required is not something you want to read when it comes to installing equipment that you may not be familiar with. Knowing this, MTX delivers your subwoofer and enclosure already assembled. This not only speeds up the install time but ensures the watertight seal around the woofer and reduces the risk of accidental damage during installation.

HIGH OUTPUT SUBWOOFER

The X3-17-SW-D includes the most powerful subwoofer MTX has ever used in an off-road enclosure ensuring its ability  to deliver the bass output X3 owners demand. The X3-17-SW-D is designed to work perfectly with the MTX MUD600-1 powersports amplifier.

EASY TO INSTALL DESIGN

Installation is made easy with our One Tool Installation System (O.T.I.S.) which reduces the install time and complexity eliminating the need for multiple tools or vehicle modification.

INTEGRATED SOUND DAMPING

The X3-17-SW-D incorporates a thick layer of high-density neoprene on the outside of the enclosure, placed along vital contact points with the vehicle. This material compresses against these surfaces during installation to mitigate vibration and potential rattle. This additionally improves the overall bass quality by eliminating body rattles when you decide to turn up the boom.

PLUG AND PLAY DESIGN

Featuring an integrated waterproof plug, the X3-17-SW-D is designed to plug directly into the provided wiring harness when installing it as part of one of our X3 audio kits.  If integrating into other audio systems, the plug can be removed for hard wire connections.
